- Display: Requires framing. We offer prints in many standard sizes, making it easy to find a frame of your choosing or to use one of our framing options.
Fine Art Paper -
- Our Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on Breathing Color® Fine Art Paper, a 310gsm, Bright White, museum-grade, velvet paper made from 100% cotton fiber. This archival and acid-free paper is ideal for fine art prints, offering an extra-smooth surface and a matte-like finish.
- Display: Requires framing. We offer prints in many standard sizes, allowing you to select a frame of your own or explore our framing options.
Giclée Canvas:
- Our Premium Canvas Prints are created on a 400gsm semi-gloss polycotton blend, specifically designed for high-end fine art. We use Epson SureColor S80600 printers with UltraChrome® 9-color eco-solvent inks to produce true Giclée Prints that are vibrant, durable, and will last a lifetime.
- Each canvas is stretched over a 1.5” gallery wrap stretcher bar for a professional presentation.
- Comes with a wire hanger mount, ready to hang.
- Compatible with real wood float frames for added elegance.
- Semi-gloss finish enhances vibrancy and detail.

Will the colors of my artwork look exactly like what I see on my screen?

Order Processing Time:
The time it takes to receive your order, prepare it, and ship it varies depending on the product. Approximate processing timelines are as follows:
• Originals: 5-6 business days
• Paper Prints: 3-5 business days
• Framed Paper Prints: 7-9 business days
• Canvas Prints: 8-11 business days
• Framed Canvas Prints: 12-15 business days

• All timelines are in business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
• The processing timeline begins the next business day after your order is placed.
• These timelines are estimates and may vary. They do not account for shipping transit times from our facility to your address.
Shipping Time:
Shipping typically takes 3-6 business days, depending on the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and your location. Please note that shipping times are in addition to order processing times.
• All packages are insured and require a signature upon delivery.
• A flat rate shipping fee applies at checkout for orders up to $200.
• Free shipping is offered for orders over $200, up to 60 inches in size.
• At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States
through our website.

Please note:
• Duties and taxes: The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their country. These costs are separate from your order total.
• Rejected orders: Orders rejected upon delivery will not be refunded.
• Shipping times: International shipping times may be unpredictable and lengthy. We cannot process refunds or resend lost orders until the carrier’s claim period has elapsed.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We cannot issue refunds for orders that are:
• Lost, misdelivered, undelivered, or returned due to an incorrect address
provided by the buyer.
• Returned by the carrier for any reason related to incorrect shipping details.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct it before shipping.
Cancellation, Exchange, Loss, and Damage Policies
Cancellation Policy
All art print sales are final, as each print is made to order. Cancellations may only be requested if the print has not yet been printed. Please note:
• Immediate processing: Prints are sometimes printed immediately upon order placement, so we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
• Cancellation fee: If a cancellation is approved, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the cancelled order will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.

Exchange Policy
While all art print sales are final, we offer exchanges for unframed prints under the following conditions:
• Eligibility for Exchange:
• Exchanges are only available for unframed prints.
• Prints must be in undamaged condition.
• Exchange Request Timeline:
• The buyer must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the print to request an exchange.
• Authorization in writing must be obtained from DSK Fine Art before returning a print.
• Costs and Fees:
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange.
• The buyer must pay any difference in price, if applicable.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied, based on the total price of the original print(s) being exchanged.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items Policy
If your artwork or frame is lost, damaged, or stolen, it must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
For damaged prints, the buyer must:
1. Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photographs of the damage, including the packaging and the print itself.
3. Retain all original shipping materials (e.g., box, packing materials) until the issue is fully resolved.
For damaged original artwork or framed items, the buyer must:
1. Notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photographs of the damage, including the packaging and the artwork/frame.
3. Retain all original shipping materials (e.g., box, packing materials) until the issue is fully resolved.
Replacement and Refund Policy:
We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution for lost, damaged, or stolen items:
• Damaged prints: Replaced with the same print upon verification of the reported damage.
• Damaged original artwork or framed items: Replacement or resolution will depend on the extent of the damage and may include repair, replacement, or other solutions.
• Lost or stolen items: Replaced or refunded if the claim is made within the required timeframe and verified through the carrier.
In all situations, we will make every effort to work with you to reach an agreeable resolution.

• Exchanges are not available for framed prints or prints that are damaged by the buyer.
