FAQ

General Questions
All smaller original artworks come with a wire hanger pre-attached, allowing you to hang them immediately upon receipt.
Larger original artworks are pre-drilled for a French cleat hanging system and include the necessary hardware for mounting. To ensure the artwork remains undamaged during shipping, the hardware is not attached prior to delivery.
All originals are finished with two coats of non-toxic epoxy resin. This resin provides a glass-like finish, enhancing the vibrancy of certain colors while also adding a durable layer of protection to the painting.
While we strive to provide highly accurate images of our artwork, colors may vary slightly due to differences in the color calibration of monitors, electronic devices, and viewing settings.
Each monitor, phone, or tablet may display colors differently based on its color settings, brightness, and screen resolution. As a result, the artwork you receive may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen.
To enhance your shopping experience and help you make an informed decision, we provide several visualization tools on our website. Our Augmented Reality (AR) feature allows you to see a close approximation of how the painting or print will look on your wall, though please note that slight variations may occur in the actual product. For a more comprehensive view, you can explore 3D renderings of the artwork on our product pages, which offer insights into the depth, finish, and various framing options available. Additionally, we've implemented powerful zoom features that enable you to examine the fine details of each piece closely. These tools collectively aim to give you a thorough understanding of the artwork before you make your purchase, ensuring that you can confidently select a piece that perfectly suits your space and taste.
